A sturdy #304 stainless steel frame and wide seat surface supports up to 250 pounds while satisfying all ADA code requirements when properly installed. The seat easily folds up and is automatically held in a raised position 3” against the wall by a stainless-steel friction hinge bracket. The friction hinge bracket is engineered to provide a smooth consistent resistance when raising and lowering the seat.
