At Adornify, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy under the following conditions:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or sale items

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
