Product Overview
Jujube Black (Steam-Treated) is a time-honored fruit featured in traditional East Asian culinary and herbal practices. Through a classical steaming process, the fruit naturally darkens and develops a deep, mellow sweetness and soft, chewy texture — a preparation commonly used in traditional kitchen recipes, teas, and slow-simmered dishes.
Our Certified Organic black jujubes are pitted, steam-treated, and low-temperature dried to maintain their natural flavor, aroma, and dark color. Free of sulfur, additives, and pesticide residues, they offer a clean and versatile ingredient for teas, broths, and traditional cooking.
