Lemon Fig Jam

Spread it: You can’t beat our Lemon Fig jam on a freshly baked scone. Also fantastic with shortbread

Spoon it: Plop over breakfast pancakes along with a dollop of ricotta cheese

Pair it: There are no cheeses this lovely jam doesn’t love – try it with Camembert, Brie, Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, and for a meaty complement, Smoked Duck or Saucisson. Walnuts and Marcona almonds are great to throw in too!

Bake it: Spoon onto a short crust base, cover in prosciutto and top with goat cheese for a delectable tart

Cook it: Glaze salmon with a mixture of Lemon Fig Jam and Dijon mustard, yum!
