Le Gruyere AOP is a traditional alpine-style Swiss cheese hand-crafted in Switzerland by Emmi. As Le Gruyere slowly matures in the cave-like atmosphere of the Emmi cellars for a minimum of 150 days, each wheel is delicately turned, lightly brined and brushed. This brings out the inimitable nutty flavor featuring notes of candied walnuts, dried fruit and spice. Le Gruyere is perfect for paring with figs and almonds on a cheeseboard, adding to a ham sandwich or topping French onion soup. Made with raw, non-GMO cows milk.
